Its great.My teammates are very helpful and kind in nature

I get to work from home so politicking isn't a big part of my day to day.

A lot of profanity and racial slurs

Work on transparency and providing compensation for weekend work.

Streamline operations,use systems that work ,reporting figures that are correct ,listen to people with transferable skills as opposed to wing it and go from one problem to the next without solutions
