Innovative, constantly on the move.

Leaders are ok but require global experience (experience abroad).

Leadership team comprise of supervisor, assoc manager and manager, they are considerate

The team makes every effort to communicate and understand the IQVIA workforce.

Top heavy in the management structure on exorbitant wages .no systems work ,everything is overly complex which gives little trust to staff.my immediate manager is run ragged dealing with the same issues over and over again .the ONS covid project should and could have done so much better

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

lack common sense, can't calculate the true cost of an assay

Support employees, pay them equal pay. Help with immigration for those who need it.

Disconnect between what leadership says, ehat they do and what us valued. Like a compass that no longer has a true north.

Leadership needs to remember there are people working at IQVIA, instead they treat you like an untouchable.

Listening to new people that are hired. We were hired for our skillset and expertise, perhaps listen to us!

The austin call center manager is inappropriate and discriminate.

Willingness to change and optimize processes and procedures

Supporting the internal teams. Promoting and hiring talent not just bodies, pay equity with the industry

Absolutely yes. Zero training. They expect you to jump headfirst into the work. Also they dont give enough time to understand the systems, complete mandatory trainings as a part of onboarding. They expect you to complete it in you personal time. Zero work life balance. I really regret joining

Better organzational skills and better training

Hire qualified managers. Not buddies from a previous life. Promote based on measurable metrics.
