Top heavy in the management structure on exorbitant wages .no systems work ,everything is overly complex which gives little trust to staff.my immediate manager is run ragged dealing with the same issues over and over again .the ONS covid project should and could have done so much better

Absolutely yes. Zero training. They expect you to jump headfirst into the work. Also they dont give enough time to understand the systems, complete mandatory trainings as a part of onboarding. They expect you to complete it in you personal time. Zero work life balance. I really regret joining

Hire qualified managers. Not buddies from a previous life. Promote based on measurable metrics.
