What did you like most about the interview process?

I met the whole team.

the person interviewing me was very kind

Being able to meet and question seniors Id work with

They got back to me quickly

sometimes the recruiters are not available and does not give a feedback to the candidates and this influence badly the reputation of the company

straightforward and I was kept informed

They made sure that I was fully aligned with the culture of the company and explained the role effectively.

Time it takes to move through the process

Pick and retain talent. Avoid politics

More interaction with future coworkers during the interview process. The interviewer proved to have little meaningful knowledge about the company and some details were misleading.
