I cannot say enough about how fantastic our company is. The onboarding process and work enviornment are hard to beat.
Since I have started at ITC I have experience great work life balance while also being able to do fulfilling work. My team and managers have all been great and welcoming to any questions or concerns I have.
I enjoy how challenging and fulfilling my days can be. Everyone is very supportive and willing to take the time to teach and help me grow. It feels rewarding to give my best effort each day and contribute to meaningful work.
I am still relatively new to the company but the things I have learned here in such a short time compared to decades of stagnant learning at my previous employer is fantastic.
