Poor leadership in certain areas. Mostly older stronger leadership is all gone, and new leadership doesn't have the experience in certain areas. Hence, times are changing at JNJ.
Hire leaders who knows the subject matter. Don't hire ppl without experience in the area. Too many leaders without any ppl who can do the job. Like 5 leaders and 1 poor guy doing the actual job.
