Hire leaders who knows the subject matter. Don't hire ppl without experience in the area. Too many leaders without any ppl who can do the job. Like 5 leaders and 1 poor guy doing the actual job.
Less control, more autonomy, more trust and transparency
Pay your employees for the hours they work. Hold those that aren't doing their share accountable. Stop valuing "leaders" with no knowledge over the SMEs
