Johnson & Johnson Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process is inclusive and looks to drive the selection of the most qualified individuals

Good and quick, panel interview

Ha ha h ah ha ha ha

How everyone was flexible with the scheduling. I was away on vacation at the time, with considerable time zone difference, yet the whole process worked out in the end.

Review from Engineering Dept

It was a good positive environment.

Fair forum for diverse candidates

Was intense and seemed to work

The entire process was remote

Good, good STAR methodology, fair and balanced

Get to meet different stakeholders

Casual chat with a corporate recruiter and another with the hiring manager before the formal panel interview

The variety of questions during the interview

Like the most that not in even the interview managers knows what they are looking for.

I felt I could share my authentic self throughout the process

It was short -- a digitally recorded interview plus two interviews.

Live contact with each other. Didn't have to wait to speak with others or wonder when I would get email or call back

Review from Operations Dept

On phone calls and gogle meet also

Fair, pleasant, respectful, challenging, thorough.

the interview felt more like a conversation rather than an interogation

Everything was very timely done

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Eliminate one-way video interviews. Be respectful of people's time and keep the process moving quickly.

Not my place to poke holes

Review from HR Dept

It is too slow to wait around

I applied for a year while I was working there as a temp worker, and every time they said they never got the application. Once it was finally pushed through by my supervisor it was probably a 2 week long process just to jump through hoops and give them my information that they already have

I am not sure if interviewer is interested in finding someone that fits the company and know how to train them

Review from IT Dept

HR is very slow with informing candidates where their application status is at AND hiring managers do not keep candidates informed of their current application status either.
