There was no communication and everyone was blindsided to how Director levels communicated about the layoffs. There are still no answers to speak of or as to the real cause for the mass layoffs within the J&J conglomerate.

Follow the credo. Get rid of excessive and bad leaders and get more actual workers. Treat your employees with respect and PAY THEM FOR THE WORK THEY DO. No more unpaid overtime for hourly or non-exempt workers!
