Well going to work to make a living after attending school is a Blessing itself, Dealing with the Culture divide over the Year's of lies from generation's, make's you uncomfortable, like your being watched or would be the First to blame, when someone else makes a mistake or funds been misplaced !!

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

Interface & Embrace head on all Culture's & Race's within the Company from the Top to the Bottom and if the Top end doesn't understand the Importance of that, They really need to be fired because they holding the Culture wave back from existing as much as they can into the Future tense!!
