What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reduce turnover and provide support
Do not scold your people
Sales pressure reduced to match credit approvals
Accountability of leadership. We don't have any objective performance metrics.
Overly Liberal and "snowflakey". Employees are discouraged from speaking up/out because people are so easily offended. Stifles innovation and challenging the status quo.
Culture is tailored to 25year olds who really don't even care at all about the company and are really better off working somewhere else

Interface & Embrace head on all Culture's & Race's within the Company from the Top to the Bottom and if the Top end doesn't understand the Importance of that, They really need to be fired because they holding the Culture wave back from existing as much as they can into the Future tense!!
Compensation for sure. It creates a little inequity in the branch.
