They are great and keep us informed and also provide the tools that we need to do our job everyday.

Digital transformation- they're 20 years behind other banks
More communication and opportunities for advancement not playing favorites
Not focusing on GROWTH and INNOVATION. If/when we're acquired/merge, they will leave with millions of $. The regular folks will be "downsized" (job losses).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tuition reimbursement and 40k match
Retirement matching up to 7% and healthcare
Overall package in total benefits and compensation
The wellness $500 for health
401k match is 6 percent and going up to 7 percent in 2023
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less stock more cash percentage in stock I get is way too high
I feel undervalued because of a lack of respect for the work I do.
A 1% or 2% raise is a slap in the face during these hard times of sky high prices.
Yearly raise that coverd inflation and being paid for the job you're doing.
2% every other year is simply insulting. I work very hard and contribute to my team in many ways and i do not feel i have been adequately compensated once i got hired into the company. Starting pay was fair, but that was it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They look out for each other, they strive to improve for the benefit of our clients. They consistently try to do the next right thing.

Stop whining and start working

Reduce turnover and provide support
Do not scold your people
Sales pressure reduced to match credit approvals
Accountability of leadership. We don't have any objective performance metrics.
Overly Liberal and "snowflakey". Employees are discouraged from speaking up/out because people are so easily offended. Stifles innovation and challenging the status quo.

My original hiring manager was great, transparent, and honest.

Too msny secrets. Staff reductions. Let the higher paid management be laid off

the management team is really bad. They are disorganized. They lack communications skills. When people ask them questions they snap and bark in response
