Digital transformation- they're 20 years behind other banks

More communication and opportunities for advancement not playing favorites

Not focusing on GROWTH and INNOVATION. If/when we're acquired/merge, they will leave with millions of $. The regular folks will be "downsized" (job losses).

Everybody is rated on favoritism and national origin, the young white employees are the fast advancers with disregard to experience, national origin and age
