Fast paced work environment, decent pay, and good products. The job can be monotonous at times, however you almost always know what is expected and how to achieve it.

Keyence has an extremely outdated sales strategy mainly consisting of bombarding the same people over snd over with cold calls and emails until they block you or but so that you'll leave them alone. Marketing is based off of the 70s and the overall culture is bland and unexciting. Change is needed.
Very Japanese based way if working.
