How's the morale at Keyence?
It really depends on the office and the managers in the office as well as the individuals there. In general, there is pretty good morale in my office. It's not always energetic but there is a lot of respect it seems and some amount of team work which I think helps morale. I find that energy is sometimes low as it seems that the ones who are more 'individual' are pushed to conform which in my opinion is good for the company and brand but just not as much fun.
Does Keyence have any remote positions?
There aren't really remote positions. There are some reps who cover some areas remotely. For instance, there is not much business right now in Hawaii so the guys in LA cover it remotely but they have other territory which they cover directly. A lot of time on the road is required for all the positions that I'm aware of.
