its a long and confusing process the company is growing and is still building polices and procedures and trying to but people in place to enforces the process the company is still trying to make good on the promises they have give to the customer and is still have problems making and shipping a quality product but have be in business for over 40 years and can produce a good simple box if a company desperately needs it. they are having problems producing a good quality product and are still working on on time delivery and have problems in knowing the differences in the corrugated paper that they produces but are trying to work forward in the company that their father as given them.
