What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are setting clear goals, being transparent, and creating an inclusive environment.
Always been supportive and helpful in every manner
Close to people, great talent, great business understanding
Leadership Team is close to the employees and open to any talk.
The leadership team is very diverse.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to understand that the customer and the workers are their business - if these two groups are happy and are treated openly and listened to, then the the company and executive will be respected
Actually leading by example. There is very big mental push towards do as I say, not as I do. The company is not supportive of their own employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

MORE PAY less middle managment

Coworker are nothing more than meat from the grinder. NO one stays for more than two years.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
dont have executives claim they work long hours - like the workers are forced to do, when most of those hours are in catered meetings, or conferences with first class amenities
This company needs to be more geared towards the employees not the corporate goons.

Good clarity on job expectations

They need structure instead of disinformation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
SMC is long known name but nothing can be done on how to increase the customer service level.
