Easily accessible and ready to help
Leadership cares about their individual teams and wants them to do well. They lack necessary fesources though due to Japan witholding them to save money even though the CEO is the rochest man in Japan.
They know how to keep the company profitable and you with a job

Company needs to change. Guve salespeople necessary resources and pay them commission they deserve instead of holding the money to brag that you have the high profit margin in factory automation.
