What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is a top down management style

Easily accessible and ready to help
Leadership cares about their individual teams and wants them to do well. They lack necessary fesources though due to Japan witholding them to save money even though the CEO is the rochest man in Japan.
They know how to keep the company profitable and you with a job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't like boss category , I wish leaders and challenges.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is pretty good. Benefits are average. Commission is laughable
Fair employer contributions, great health insurance options
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would help a great deal if experience were taken into account for task assignments and promotion opportunities.
Company needs to change. Guve salespeople necessary resources and pay them commission they deserve instead of holding the money to brag that you have the high profit margin in factory automation.
I feel like we are paid slightly less than we should be given the amount we sell vs the amount that is earned.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings that waste everyone's time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best.
Eveyone is held accountable for their own performance
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Providing some recognition proportional to the sales team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast - even though we had five interviews i never had to wait more than a few days to hear back
We were flown to Chicago for the final interview
