terrible management and depressed culture. Most people are overworked, exhausted, and demotivated leading even new hired to get quickly burnt out.

I'm glad I got industry experience in terms of skills and knowledge. Yet, I not only don't see a future for myself, but with the current work environment I don't see a future for the company itself whose sole focus is on making a profit rather than healing patients. Very unethical!
