Actual leadership! From day one, there was a sense of malaise and it proved itself to be true via the toxic work culture. Seniority suffers from senioritis, "I'm too good for you to train you" seems to be the mindset who just want to delegate the blame instead of leading by example and train people.
Ignoring high turnover rate. Indifferent management and poor company communication create an unproductive and frustrating work experience.
The list of things that they’re good at is a lot shorter to list. They need to get better at literally everything that makes a leadership team good. They

Replace leadership. People cannot change, so the only way to change a company's culture is to replace the seniority to whom subordinates look up to and respect. Yet when seniority doesn't practice what it preaches, it makes you wonder why you should bother making an effort in the first place!
Interviewers are open, honest and friendly. They allow you to stay comfortable.

The projects we work on. The upcoming projects planned for the future
