What did you like most about the interview process?Interviewers are open, honest and friendly. They allow you to stay comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work? The cure we can provide to patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Having over 50 nationalities help to create an atmosphere where you feel like you belong. Sometimes it is difficult to notice I am working in The Netherlands (a part of the grey sky).
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actual leadership! From day one, there was a sense of malaise and it proved itself to be true via the toxic work culture. Seniority suffers from senioritis, "I'm too good for you to train you" seems to be the mindset who just want to delegate the blame instead of leading by example and train people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? The meetings are impersonal and resemble a personal vent session for senior members as subordinates are forced to sit there and watch the unfolding trainwreck. 99% of the "meetings" could easily be done via non-verbosive emails so we don't have to sit there and listen to people's personal stories.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Replace leadership. People cannot change, so the only way to change a company's culture is to replace the seniority to whom subordinates look up to and respect. Yet when seniority doesn't practice what it preaches, it makes you wonder why you should bother making an effort in the first place!
