They are very transparent with our company goals and vision. I feel like I am appreciated by them and that they value me.

I love the idea of a bonus that aligns with our company performance. I also feel like Knowles is competitive with their base salary.

I love the opportunity to work with the leaders. They all seem fairly receptive to shaping the culture of their teams and making sure there is collaboration between departments.

The people are fantastic. I have felt very welcomed from Day 1. I love that we have an evolving culture where diversity and equality are priorities to the organization. It helps make for an engaging culture.

We support one another. We help each other and lean on one another. Everyone is always open to answering questions. Training has been wonderful. I feel like I've been able to get more confident in my role because of the training I've received thus far.
