
Communicating and holding people accountable for their job.
They need a management team that's actually going to leave them. And not just let them run shifts how they want.
The gm is having affairs with their employees. The management team don't delegate tasks like they're supposed to and when they do there's no consequences for when there's nothing done.
In my interview my GM told me we are just so busy that we don't have time to constantly get everything done. Which I thought okay cool which means we're going to be busy all the time. People literally stand around for hours doing nothing.
