I like how the price is fair.

I liked the idea of having dental and vision while only being part-time. Definitely a plus.

The pay was pretty nice, but its great overall honwstly.

I really do not just have one thing. All of it is good.

Evenly dispersed work between management and hourly associates.

i feel undervalued because i get paid minium wage and i have to split it with my coworkers to not get fired and i get no benifits my cowerks are "charity workers" but I HAVE TO PAY THEM

The amount of drama and other crap I have to deal with on a daily basis is terrible and I don't get paid enough to have to deal with it

Our insurance for a family costs me 125$ a week, plus additional funds for dental and vision. Also compensate the ones who stay 2+years to retain them

Day crew needs to pull their weight instead of leaving it all to night shift.

In my interview my GM told me we are just so busy that we don't have time to constantly get everything done. Which I thought okay cool which means we're going to be busy all the time. People literally stand around for hours doing nothing.

Zero horrible. Wouldn't go baxk

Seemed average, but most people threw up red flags in the interview. Should have trusted my gut.

What makes you most happy at work?

We need better pay for what is expected of us and to be able to to hire people more equipped for the job roles.

The gm is having affairs with their employees. The management team don't delegate tasks like they're supposed to and when they do there's no consequences for when there's nothing done.
