Not always believe the GM. They lie
Listening to their employees regarding their subject matter areas.
Communication and understanding when people have issues
Interacting with all employee's and treating them fairly, being more social with employees would make a better work environment instead of rushing them in constantly. And giving them high 5's on their growth.
They need to practice their core values and be there for the employees if they have questions. Lies secret and diecit will never work,which they did to all employees when they sold old last month.

Literally everything. They need to pay their employees better, treat them with more respect, and offer better benefits. No one should have to deal with what i and other coworkers have dealt with.
