What makes you most happy at work?
Some cuatomers make me happy, including seeing the kids get what they want from the store. I also like two of my coworkers who work hard.

Customer service and better management company having stuff in stock
We need better pay for what is expected of us and to be able to to hire people more equipped for the job roles.

The gm is having affairs with their employees. The management team don't delegate tasks like they're supposed to and when they do there's no consequences for when there's nothing done.
Communication and treatment of employees. E are people with feelings and own life experiences. We arent simply bodies that fill a spot.
Management. Their inability to feel empathy for other human beings, their unwillingness to work as hard as they expect you to, their unprofessionalism when it comes to work issues, putting all the problems onto assistant managers instead of handling it themselves, communication with the team

As I've said before, better pay and benefits. We are so understaffed right now because people are leaving for better. If Kum & Go would just offer more and treat their people better then we wouldnt be in the position we are in.

Judgment on others and rumors at store 413. Not being reasonable with customers and especially when banned for no good reason.

Its to late. I wrote a nice letter on the whiteboard in the back room of appreciation and that they ate aweso.e and good people and thank you. And i was taken off the schdule because my gm assumed i quit. No tect no call no conformation.

Get a new job and forget I ever worked there.
My manager is disrespectful to me and the store is always understaffed. Staff doesnt receive enough hours to complete work.
