I won't lie. Thing are tough right now. There is more work than people to help, but this is what growing companies go through. I do believe someday we will look back and acknowledge it was challenging with long days, weekend work, but will be proud of what all that hard work resulted in.

For where we are at as a company there are times we need to support one another even if that means stepping outside of your official duties. Everyone is willing to jump in and help.

Sounds korny, but I genuinely like the team I work with. Yeah, when you start working with new people it takes time to get to know them and their personalities, but everyone is aligned on the mission and why we are doing what we are.
