Toxic, managers do not have your back. Once you are in a position, almost impossible to advance. No perks to working here. Very stressful

Fort Wayne Campus does interesting work and I generally enjoy working there. It is technically interesting and local management generally works towards quality product, successful business, and satisfied workers. Upper level company management seems capricious and had large layoffs in 2024.

  • It's basically a death march. Expect a lot of overtime, especially if you're salaried (50-70 hour weeks are the norm and there's too much to do to actually enjoy the "off Friday" you get every other week).
