Very supportive and always there to help
Excellant corporation to work for. Inovative engineering open to new ideas.
Toxic, managers do not have your back. Once you are in a position, almost impossible to advance. No perks to working here. Very stressful
Review from Engineering Dept
Fort Wayne Campus does interesting work and I generally enjoy working there. It is technically interesting and local management generally works towards quality product, successful business, and satisfied workers. Upper level company management seems capricious and had large layoffs in 2024.
Our communuication and willingness to go above and beyond
