This is the third year. I really enjoy the project, the people, the challenges. There is a little bit of jump before you look. But on the flip side, we are encouraged to jump multiple times.

We just had our all-hands quarterly meeting. This keeps everyone on the same page. Changes in strategy are clearly communicated.

Laserfiche is super collaborative. The staff are truly helpful. The other day I was stuck on a project and when I asked if anyone had a similar problem, I had 3 people jumping in.

My interview was two years ago. It consisted of a multiple panels of people. I had the opportunity to talk with staff that was working directly and indirectly with me. It gave me a great picture on what the work was going to be like.
