we have a great leadership team.
There is a clear strategy and a great vision.
Clear direction. we all know where we are headed. not sure how we are going to get there but I'll figure it out.
Flexible
Better way to communicate to provide constructive guidance.
My manager was very overbearing and never trusted anyone to do their job. always trying to undermine and belittle us
transparency, fairness, and respecting employees expertise
Lack leadeship skills and dont know how to scale a business
Out of touch with the industry, scared to make moves for growth. Stepping stone company. Get in, get your experience and leave.
the insurance has been amazing
Pay is stagnating when the market is skyrocketing in this industry. The 401k match potential is incredible however has not met its potential.
401k, free lunch. sit next to the window
100% matching for 401K
401k match
i started as an intern which the pay was ok for an intern, but when i was hired fulltime i didn't make much more than when i did as an intern- for way more work
we are so understaffed I am doing 3 jobs. If we were properly staffed I would be much happier with my compensation.
Underpay thier employees. Sketchy commission structures
I get frustrated at the lack of advancement opportunities and the inflexibility around remote work. They recently adjusted salaries to be more market level which helps.
we have a great winning team
Coworkers are so helpful and willing to assist. Very collaborative environment.
We just had our all-hands quarterly meeting. This keeps everyone on the same page. Changes in strategy are clearly communicated.
We're friendly and goofy and look out for each other.
my team is very supportive and collaborative. we work out everything together
A lot of lazy people that have been at the company for many years. They have no aspirations to do good work or get better. Happy going through the motions
Laserfiche is super collaborative. The staff are truly helpful. The other day I was stuck on a project and when I asked if anyone had a similar problem, I had 3 people jumping in.
The people are friendly, welcoming and generally positive.
There is a lot of cross discipline interaction. I work with many people from other departments.
positive
dress code, lunches, flexible schedule
There is no culture, very old school boring work
Stop manufacturing events or happy hours. Do not try to manufacture culture. Instead hire people who can create that culture on their teams organically.
Non existent! Outdated culture that is stuck in the past. You have people wearing suits and sweats in the same building no cohesiveness.
My interview was two years ago. It consisted of a multiple panels of people. I had the opportunity to talk with staff that was working directly and indirectly with me. It gave me a great picture on what the work was going to be like.
They were open to working with my schedule and figuring out how I might be a good fit for the company
fast, and transparent and rachael keep me up to date through the process

my co workers are the best, the product is amazing
Not going into the office
Everyday during standup, there is always a clear sense of progress on my team's project.
I like having a clear vision for success, the independence and room to be creative and make things happen and collaboration with like-minded peers
I just love working with my team.
rebuild the recruiting team from the ground up, or pay 3rd party recruiting services. recruting is completely broken
Leadership team is not qualified or are only in their role because they have been with the company for years. Bring no value
slow approval process, ceo and execs are old-school business-minded especially for a tech company
My colleagues and the overall work-life balance
pay more and hire faster
I'd like to see more modern HR benefits and I'd like the senior leadership team to stop blocking progress
