From team managers up to the executive level, the leadership team at Laserfiche does a phenomenal job. Leaders maintain an open-door policy. They actively mentor the staff, and prioritize internal career growth.

There is clear direction for the projects. And they step in when there are problems. They are very hands on to ensure projects are sucessful.

The 401(k) matching and catered lunches are the 2 best perks

the 401k match is an amazing. Most everyone is maxed out on it to take full benefit of the match.

the insurance has been amazing

Pay is stagnating when the market is skyrocketing in this industry. The 401k match potential is incredible however has not met its potential.

i started as an intern which the pay was ok for an intern, but when i was hired fulltime i didn't make much more than when i did as an intern- for way more work

we are so understaffed I am doing 3 jobs. If we were properly staffed I would be much happier with my compensation.

Underpay thier employees. Sketchy commission structures

I get frustrated at the lack of advancement opportunities and the inflexibility around remote work. They recently adjusted salaries to be more market level which helps.

There is a wide variety of skills on my team. I can learn something from most everyone. People jump in when peers are swamped. Everyone is very opinionated and openly share their viewpoints to improve the project. This attitude is mostly shared across departments.

The modern Long Beach office is fantastic, clean, and well-designed for team collaboration.The amount of learning opportunities are great.

My experience is that most people here listen to feedback without getting defensive. I see leadership is in the tenches with the staff constantly.

Laserfiche is super collaborative. The staff are truly helpful. The other day I was stuck on a project and when I asked if anyone had a similar problem, I had 3 people jumping in.

There is a lot of cross discipline interaction. I work with many people from other departments.

There is no culture, very old school boring work

Stop manufacturing events or happy hours. Do not try to manufacture culture. Instead hire people who can create that culture on their teams organically.

Non existent! Outdated culture that is stuck in the past. You have people wearing suits and sweats in the same building no cohesiveness.

Every team member and hiring manager I spoke with was incredibly welcoming, professional. The timeline dragged out longer than expected. More rounds that I expected.
