Every year I think it will get better and it never does. By now they should have an idea of what to do.

They need to do the job they are suppose to do and act like they want to go home.

They need to make people enjoy there job and stop trying to make things more complicated. I think the intentionally try to make things worst. They need to learn how to talk to there employees better.

There shouldn't be a department at the company that says that makes you stay over everyday. There should be a cut off time for the work. We have lives outside of the workplace. I understand the job is until finish but finish should still have a deadline.

Since we work with money we should get paid more than the little bit of money that we get. The new hires are making almost the same amount as people who have been there for years. Since we work with money and HIPPA accounts we should get paid a lot more
