I think it’s all about the people and the energy you bring in the door each day. I bring good energy everyday and encourage everyone and give them tips that have helped me and I think it takes so-so selectors to the next level. Smiling and calling people by name does wonder

I get a ton of time off if you count vacation, personal, and that they bank you a holiday every time you work one which gives you at least another week of pto each year, plus the 5 days of sick time you can schedule or use for call ins. BCBS is priced well, plenty of extra options & flex
