  • We're a global organization, so heavily diverse in that regard, but fairly homogenous from country to country. There has been a recent effort for Diversity & Inclusion which seems very promising and genuine.

    It’s a 100% meritocracy here, so you don’t have to wait for a certain timeline, or for someone to be promoted first. You work for it and earn it then you get it.
