What are your coworkers at Meltwater like?
Some of the most driven, fun, and genuine people I’ve ever met.
My coworkers are the absolute best part of working at Meltwater. Always really supportive, really eager to learn and to help, and tons of fun to spend time around.
Very friendly it feels like one big family.

We're a global organization, so heavily diverse in that regard, but fairly homogenous from country to country. There has been a recent effort for Diversity & Inclusion which seems very promising and genuine.
Pretty diversified in ethnicity and nationality.

It’s a 100% meritocracy here, so you don’t have to wait for a certain timeline, or for someone to be promoted first. You work for it and earn it then you get it.
That depends on you. There isn't a set time-frame for promotions, it's completely based upon your own drive and how hard you want to work.

Agile, across all teams, most of which work on features end to end. However, each team is free to choose how 'agile' they wish to be while meeting deadlines setup in consultation with product managers.
Mostly agile.

You get a lot of trust and autonomy, so trust yourself and don't constantly look for direction - it's good to be a self-starter.

Zero women in my team. Engineering as a whole is not diverse enough though some teams are.
How do the current devs on the team act towards new developers that join?
Since current devs have an active role in recruiting new devs, after joining things usually work out good and people are helpful, especially in bringing up to speed the new member so that team productivity is not affected.
