very supportive, the staff is great, and the residents are sweet however some of the mc residents need to be re evaluated i think and it is a opinion.
Distance management is difficult. Open regional offices.
Caregiver staffing levels and high turnover.
When you cant speak to someone in HR about your payroll and hours being put in correctly is a bad thing
always able to communciate with co workers boss etc
