The people that surround me at work are generally very positive, warm, and friendly. We are an upbeat group of people who like to work hard, with purpose, and yet enjoy each other's company too.
I believe people are really invested in the products and how they impact the world and the customers.

The Company is very generous with its bonus programs. They may vary by role or by unit, but they are all based on personal performance and company performance and pay out at very high percentages.
