I love the annual bonuses. They are very generous. The company has historically done very well and those bonuses are big deals.
Salary is very fair and overall package is desirable and competitive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better pay compensation. more structured apprasials
The company values is increasing exponentially while the workers value seems to depreciate if you factor in inflations. Over the more then 10 of years, with the company our wage growth stays < 100% while company share values greatly increase > 3000%. Growth in wage maybe good.

Zero politics with one team culture
today time is the best i do beleive
It's mainly the people. Sometimes things are tough and there is always someone to vent to or share the burden.
We are flexible, mobile, and helpful to each other.
