    No flexibility

  • Automation Project Manager: My daily schedule often revolves around construction hours so it's not uncommon to have phone calls at 6 am-2:30PM. Much of my work, however, is accomplished anytime I have access to my computer and remote access to the network. I keep a regular presence in the office, but it is a choice, not a requirement as long as I complete my projects. So, flexibility is offered but you need to back it up with results.
