  • Morale has its ebbs and flows. For the first half of the year, we often hear how our numbers are not doing well and then the third and fourth quarter comes in high. This makes people anxious and decreases morale.

  • You get really good time off at this place. You are going to need it a alot because the enviornement is so toxic you will need to take lots of time off.
