Impossible. You must be 150% dedicated to the job, at least in Apps. They talk about "work/life balance" but you better not expect it. Don't work for the S team.
Not difficult at all. Flexible schedules, permissive leave, and work-life balance are well supported.
What are your coworkers at GE Healthcare like?
Collaborative locally, but disconnects between regions makes working in tandem with non-local teams more difficult. Fortunately, management liaisons take some of that burden off the teams as a whole.

I look forward to coming to work, as the team atmosphere is tight knit and encouraging. I am also able to avoid traffic on the commute thanks to flexible scheduling, so I don't have to worry about road-raging, so it makes the job much more tolerable.

As good as you want it to be. No forced time off, but as much as you like, within reason. If you get your work done, you're golden. And teams seem to not bite off more than they can chew, so as to not be crunched.
