Excellent team work contribution and helpful colleagues
They put people, patients, employee welfare first in their model.
I feel very empowered to do my job and know that leadership has my back even if I make a wrong decision and we all learn from it.
Review from Engineering Dept
Very approachable, reachable, and concerned with my safety and comfort and happiness.
driving growth in products and business
Being honest and making realistic schedules
They need to hire more people, more qualified people and pay them better .
Focus on psychological safety. It's currently non-existent and people don't feel comfortable going to their leadership with honest feedback. TRUST the people you hired to do the job you hired them for. The micromanagement is rampant. Hire managers who are trained to manage people.
COMPENSATING EMPLOYEE LOYALTY. Turnover is at an absolute high right now and it's not for no reason. Pay up, or continue to lose talent. Easy decision in my books.
Listening to employees/experts while making decisions!
There is a bonus at the end of the year except this year when our division lost money
Generally very good in the market
Medical insurance and some facilities
The Pay and benifits are best
Review from Engineering Dept
The perks. I get a company car, company credit card, $100/day in food compensation while traveling and get to book my own flights/hotels.
I never take sick time or lay out been loyal for 25 years. Cant take any time off last 2 weeks of every quarter and get the AX . Its discrimating because most are getting it close to retirement age
Review from Sales Dept
GEHC is open about salaries being lower than average in the industry
Better pay for what's being asked
Better benefits - more affordable healthcare plans, better office perks, any perks would be nice (gym stipend, commuter stipend, etc) If you're going to force employees back into the office, make it worth it.
Pay more. Much more. Retain your talent.
Friendly, positive, supportive and subject matter experts.
We are all in the circle of trust and stand up for each other no matter what, if we are wrong we take it as a learning lesson as a team not singleing anyone out.

dynamic and willing to learn
My coworkers are so kind, caring, compassionate, and intelligent. They want to lift others up and help others grow.
Most of the team members communicate well and are willing to help where they can

Mutual respect from management team and hourly workers
Review from Engineering Dept
I would rate work environment in the middle of positive and negative
No matter if youre on the commercial side or marketing to engineering, we are a team worh a common goal. To move the company forward & keep our customers happy & make sure they feel supported.
Everyone has a can do additude and wants to help each other regaurdless of posistion.

GE hires diverse, kind, and intelligent people.
Remote ability to work and if time is available opportunity to learn
without the company making its financial goals, the floggings will continue
Progressive management that listens to the hourly workers needs and ideas.
Review from Engineering Dept
I spend 37% of my time performing administrative tasks to roll information up to managers. 37%!
Be open towards change and be honest about your own capabilities. It doesn’t matter that you’re in the company for many years, you are always able to learn. Be there to help others if the want/ need
All of the DOS need to be fired
Based on personal behaviors - tell me about a time when you demonstrated x quality
The variety of people I talked with gave me a very good understanding of what I would really be doing, much more so than the Job description.

The guys who hired me
The steps were very straightforward. I was never left waiting very long to hear back and the whole process was clearly laid out from the beginning.
At interview the company seemed to be very professional.
Be transparent and prudent. Don't make your applicants way 3+ months without a peep.
Get rid of the HR department
Have less HR hand holding.
The fact that my product saves lives
Seeing our customers happy & hearing their satisfaction through written & vocal interactions
solving technical problems that help the product
My coworkers, hands down. What would make me happy at work is more investment in the employees and more office perks.
Being able to do my job to the best of my ability and knowing that I assist with building the companies persona and to see our products in the field helping patients everyday
Review from Sales Dept
They would have to get rid of the managers and stsrt over . I dont think the company has much of a future .
Hire actual leaders, not suits.
GE doesn't respect its customers or employees.
Hire management that are good at leading and motivating people.
Review from Engineering Dept
Truly invested r&d has this catching up rather than setting the standard
The casual dress and culture.
