The are down to earth and take time with all employees to help you achieve your goals
Leaders have not only the customer and product in mind, but also the needs of the teams and individuals.
Once you start working with GE and as part of the on boarding process for new hired you believe that you belong to this company and that the road for growth has no limit
Our team leadership and teamwork are great at making decisions, choices and completing project in timely manner. ision, choices, projects
Good listeners and totally engaged. Approachable.
Amazing company with great benefits
Colleagues are very supportive and friendly.
The top leadership is new and trying to bring huge change in the organisation culture
Being honest and making realistic schedules
They need to hire more people, more qualified people and pay them better .
Focus on psychological safety. It's currently non-existent and people don't feel comfortable going to their leadership with honest feedback. TRUST the people you hired to do the job you hired them for. The micromanagement is rampant. Hire managers who are trained to manage people.
COMPENSATING EMPLOYEE LOYALTY. Turnover is at an absolute high right now and it's not for no reason. Pay up, or continue to lose talent. Easy decision in my books.
Listening to employees/experts while making decisions!
Training...to include management as well as hourly.

Leadership is the man problem at GE
Prioritization, collaboration, clear direction, communication
Review from Operations Dept
Listening and have a better understanding of the business and management in general. We see a lot of financial people become commercial managers, while this is a complete different ball game. Also there is hardly any fresh blood allowed in management positions. To change culture, we need new ideas
Leadership is the reason the stock went from $40 t0 $6
