CEO is really futuristic person and have cool ideas how to improve. Majority of initiatives by him are successful and kept company ahead of the game. He inspires and motivates and he is truly a driving force behind this success.
CEO has good vision, but he is unable to motivate the employees. Because there is literally zero incentive for putting in some extra effort. CEO wants to achieve the best outcome from small investment.
How's the work life balance at CureMD?
CureMD is one of the best places to work for when it comes to work life balance. Its rare members are asked to work on weekend. Project deadlines are realistic and met without putting in extra hours.
