I really enjoy working at CureMD; the policies are very people-centric, my colleagues are some of the nicest people I've met and the work we do is meaningful and impactful. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and a lot of trainings so everyone is constantly improving

They have a good culture in Customer Success team but the HR Director has made her goal to make things worse for every employee including removing a lot of employee benefits for the teams. She's the sole decision maker and the CEO is just a puppet as HR Dir is CEOs wife

I have been with the company for over 10 years. If I go back in time, and I was given another chance, I would choose the CureMD again. There are no short cuts, you need to work hard to go up the ladder.

Working at CureMD has been excellent. The company offers flexible hours and remote work. The inclusive culture and supportive management foster a positive environment. Professional growth is prioritized with continuous learning. But still need to give attention for a great work life balance.

To be honest, everything needs to be improved and worked on. One thing is the favouritism and nepotism.

The compensation needs to be better. Compared to some of the other companies, the overall compensation is low.

They are empathetic people, they are getting brutally assaulted by management and thats what is squeezing out the human part out of all them.

The powers being held by the hasmat family needs to be dissolved they need to trust other's have a proper process, this organization should be more mom friendly rather than judging them and berating them.

more timely interviews, not leaving people to sit alone for ages in between interviewers. Less ridiculous stigma (hair or shoe choice should not affect a well qualified potential employee's eligibility for a job). Qualifications required/requested are ridiculous for the pay amount that is offered.

Work Life balance is great.

The continuous learning opportunities and the ability to grow professionally also bring me a great deal of fulfillment.

The product is dated & the service/support is limited. Support teams typically face limitations because their knowledge & skillset is only around the product & not around solutions. Problems can be fixed, but industry insight is limited due to teams in Lahore without experienced industry leaders.

Need to revamp entire company.
