The powers being held by the hasmat family needs to be dissolved they need to trust other's have a proper process, this organization should be more mom friendly rather than judging them and berating them.

more timely interviews, not leaving people to sit alone for ages in between interviewers. Less ridiculous stigma (hair or shoe choice should not affect a well qualified potential employee's eligibility for a job). Qualifications required/requested are ridiculous for the pay amount that is offered.

The product is dated & the service/support is limited. Support teams typically face limitations because their knowledge & skillset is only around the product & not around solutions. Problems can be fixed, but industry insight is limited due to teams in Lahore without experienced industry leaders.

Need to revamp entire company.
