Does not honor warranty. Watch broke within four months.

Quality- Right after the warranty is up, the device breaks. I'm on my 4th or 5th device. Seervice- I cannot use my Fitbit because it won't sync. Customer service is terrible. I was told someone hacked my account. No-one will speak on the phone. I want a refund. My Sense 2 is 4 months old.
