What are some of the best things about your team?
Accountability and highly collaborative team. Howe have a high performance culture.
By and large the people on the ground at Fitbit are wonderful - smart, humble, hard-working (sometimes to a fault). I have made some good friends at Fitbit. The mission of the company attracts great people, only to burn them out and batter them. It?
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Office politics and cliques keep newer employees from a different background or perspective from feeling included.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Now I am more keen on what kind of data you give me after asking soo many questions.
Everyone tries to live the mission. Step challenges are a big deal and people are engaged and excited about promoting our name and our brand.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get a new exec team. Leadership needs to care about employees. They need to take action to promote based on merit, recognize team accomplishment, hire good directors and VPs, and for goodness sakes FOCUS. Exec team has a serious shiny object problem and wants everything overnight. It?
