Doubling my salary for the amount and level of work I do

I have more responsibility and accountability than people making nearly twice as much as me. Even as one of the highest rated performers at the location over the past 4 years my salary barely keeps up with the bottom of the pay band

When the initial role that I was interviewing for was not deemed a great fit for my skills and experience, they suggested a better one and scheduled an interview for that job. Even though the job opening was in another city, they valued my experience enough to hire me without expecting relocation.
