They allow you to get engage

Very straight forward and honest

When the initial role that I was interviewing for was not deemed a great fit for my skills and experience, they suggested a better one and scheduled an interview for that job. Even though the job opening was in another city, they valued my experience enough to hire me without expecting relocation.
