Company needs to be more nimble, and realize different business units have different needs. Semiconductors and trains are different.

Supervisors need to learn how to interact with employees like humans. My supervisor yelled at us for something she did not accomplish. She owned up to her mistake later that evening but she never apoligized for talking to us in a way that is befitting of a manger position.
