Great company. Great culture. There is emphasis on being open and diverse, though sometimes you can tell which way the leadership is leaning. Would be nice if they seemed more neutral to ensure everyone truly feels like they can be themselves. Some growing pains, but overall a great experience

I understand that the pay ranges are an avg for a few cities. It would be nice if those salaries were reviewed yearly to ensure that Mission is keeping up with the industry
